2008 Annual Rent Registration

New York State law requires rent stabilized rents to be registered with the Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) each year. April 1 rents must be registered by July 31, 2008. Failure to do so can result in rent rollbacks and severe financial penalties.
