2012 ANNUAL SAFETY NOTICE SERVICE IS OPEN FOR PROCESSING
Please complete and transmit your information to RSA by January 13, 2012 to ensure compliance with the January 16, 2012 deadline. Each year, building owners must provide their tenants with three required notices: Window Guard, Lead Paint and Fire Safety Plans. RSA has combined these notices into one mailing to make it easier for you to comply with these annual legal requirements.

RSA's Online Rent Registration System allows owners and managers to provide all the information needed to complete the registration process without ever touching a piece of paper. Four easy steps prompt you for all the building and apartment information required. Checkout with a credit card payment and you are done! RSA will send the required notice to your tenant, send summary forms to you and register the information with DHCR. Telephone and online assistance is available if needed. Also use this service to track the status of your Rent Registration if mailed into RSA.

As a result of RSA’s group purchasing power, we are pleased to announce that we are able to provide the Kidde alarms at the same low prices that were available in 2004. Battery operated CO alarms (Model 9C05) are available for $14.25 per unit. Plug-in battery powered back-up (Model 900076) are available for $23.50 per unit. Combination smoke/CO (Model 9000102) are available for $23.50 per unit. Minimum purchase of six alarms of any type is required. All purchases are subject to NYC sales tax but there is no additional delivery charge.
