RENEWAL GUIDELINES :

Owner provides heat:
One-year lease...................3%
Two-year lease...................6%

Minimum: One-year lease..............$30*^†,

Two-year lease..............$60*^†

Tenant provides heat:
One-year lease...................2.5%
Two-year lease...................5%
Minimum: One-year lease..............$25*^†,

Two-year lease..............$50*^†

* (Minimum rent applies if no vacancy lease in last 6 years.)

^†The Minimum Rent Adjustment has been suspended. Until, and unless, the appellate court holds otherwise, the minimum increase provisions of Order Nos. 40 and 41 are not in effect.
